The Colt Peacemaker is an American revolver introduced in the 19th Century. It has been used on Season One, Season Four, and Season Five of Top Shot.

The Colt Peacemaker was used in the Proving Ground of the first episode, "Best of the Best". In it, contestants had to fire at a target from 40 feet. The two shots farthest from the center were sent to the Elimination Challenge.
Contestants used the Colt Peacemaker again during the second episode, "Tricks of the Trade". In it, they had to make several trick shots, one of which was firing the Colt into an axe blade in order to split the bullet and pops two balloons on each side.
